For almost 35 years, Darren has worked in the pizza industry. Jenny has been in the hospitality/catering industry for over 15 years.
“Watching people enjoy my recipes and developing relationships with the customers is what we love about this business,” said Darren. “It’s what gets us up and moving every day. This is a long hour business and what I’ve learned is if you put the time in and truly care the customers will see your integrity and taste the consistency.”
In Darren’s early days, he worked and managed some of Long Island’s top pizzerias so if you’ve been around, you’ll know his smiling and friendly face. “When the opportunity arose to have a business in St. James we were so excited because it is a tight-knit family community where people and relationships matter and that is what we are all about,” says Jenny. “We always find ourselves in St James, Avalon Park, Long Beach, Short Beach and frequent local businesses. We just love the area and the people!” she adds.
